I am a previous Tigrent Student and have lived in the area for many years, Come and enjoy a 'home away from home' whilst you are busy educating yourself to financial freedom through property.
The room is fully furnished and will include clean towels. The room has a luxury Kingsize TV bed with virgin channels included and there is wifi throughout the property.
A hairdryer and hair straighteners are also available.
Parking is also available at no extra charge. You are more that welcome to drive up on the Thursday night and leave your car so you are in the area for the 8.30 am start in Richmond on Friday.
Facilities to make tea and coffee are provided in the Kitchen. You are also able to use the kitchen facilities to prepare and cook meals.
No smoking in the house but you can smoke in the garden.
TIGRENT STUDENT RATE - ROOM ONLY
£65 per room per night for 2 people Sharing Friday and Saturday.
Stay more than 2 nights and the ROOM ONLY RATE will go down to £60 per night for the whole length of stay.
A 50% deposit will be required at point of booking to secure the room with the balance due 2 weeks before your stay.
Cancellations - If you cancel the room within 7 days before your stay commencing 50% of the total booking costs will be retained.
