The Studio Apartment

The studio is in one half of a converted Grade II listed church, artfully transformed into a large, open plan apartment which sleeps 2-4 people. It's quiet, light and airy, a perfect space to relax, with everything you need for a comfortable weekend or longer stay.

There's a comfortable king sized bed, plus a double futon which can sleep up to two extra guests, and a separate shower room. The lounge area has a television/dvd player/Netflix/Freeview, wi-fi and a selection of books, DVDs, games and local maps. There's also a very well-equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area, and when you arrive we will provide you with a welcome pack including home made cake or cookies.

There's also your own south-facing patio and small informal garden.

Even though the building is 170 years old, the conversion gives it a light and airy, modern feel whilst retaining some features of the original church. The space was for many years used as a photographic studio where the owners worked together to create images for magazine features, books and advertising projects.

Underfloor heating will keep your toes warm, and for more chilly days the woodburner stove makes the apartment extra cosy.

We're in a peaceful, semi-rural location just 8 miles south of the beautiful World Heritage City of Bath, and it's a great base for exploring the area.
