The Rooms:
We have two spacious a comfortable guest rooms with in our friendly family house, allowing us to accommodate up to three people in one room.Each room is over two floors with a staircase leading to a mezzanine within the room. Disabled access may require assistance - please contact us.
Room 1 has a double bed upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs. Room 2 has a double bed upstairs and single bed downstairs. There is a table and chairs within each room. A shared bathroom is situated next to the guest rooms.
Generally speaking we do not provide breakfast. However each room is equipped with a kettle, a toaster, cutlery and crockery, chopping board etc and a small fringe for you to make your own breakfast and/or light meals. Washing up is placed in a bowl and is replaced with clean crockery and cutlery daily. We are sorry, unless you are renting as the whole property, there are no other cooking or kitchen facilities available. Rental of the whole property will be listed as a separate entry.

There is a launderette nearby.

Free wi-fi is available for basic email and web-browsing. Substantial downloading/ streaming/ use etc is limited.

Guest access:
Each large room is over two floors and include stairs. A combined step in shower and toilet is shared with other guest room.
The house is detached and surrounded by a garden and public woods. Respectful use of the garden is welcome. We have chickens.

Interaction with guests:
It varies depending on how busy we are, but generally once guest have their bearing they are left to enjoy the house and locality.

The neighbourhood:
Situated in the heart of the Park in the Findhorn Eco-village Community. It is a short walk from all the Findhorn Foundation and Community’s facilities - including food shopping (10am - 5/6pm), The Universal Hall and Phoenix cafe. It's a 15 mins walk to the beach and 20 mins walk from the village of Findhorn - with its two pubs, BakeHouse Cafe and shop.
