We offer flexible, private office space for 1 to 100+ people. Fully furnished (or not). Ready to move into. One monthly bill. On flexible terms from 3 months to 3 years. All in a simple 2 page licence agreement.

Make the office your own; paint the walls, bring your own pictures or plants in, move the furniture around or get rid of it completely! It’s your office, it’s your space, it’s your decision.

You can add space as your business grows, or downsize as needed.

And it’s not just an office. Help yourself to tea and coffee from the kitchen and break out areas, chill out on the roof terrace, hire a meeting room or make a call in our private phone booths.

Meeting Space

Whether you need a space for an interview, formal board meeting or all day brain storming session, we have the space for you. Just pay for what you use, need 15 minutes, no problem. A week? No problem.

All our rooms come with free water and sweets to keep those creative juices flowing. We can even arrange tea, coffee and your favourite biscuits, or catering from the delicious deli around the corner. Whatever you need, let us know.

All the rooms have the latest gadgets to help your presentation go smoothly – plus of course free WiFi.

Run a business from your bedroom. Use our address and/or phone number to ensure you make a great first impression, and your new business brainwave gets off to a cost effective, professional start. If you are in the area pop in to catch up on emails and grab a tea or coffee, or book a meeting room for that important sales presentation or client meeting.
