I believe that meditation has benefits that are undeniable on the human physiology as demonstrated by studies at Harvard in recent years. However, at it’s most basic level everyone can access simple techniques that will help ease the mind and reduce stress, therefore allowing space in our minds for coping mechanisms to surface.

The Soul Baby aims to bring you meditation in ways that are accessible to EVERYONE, all ages - including children, even toddlers! The Soul Baby will take you beyond the cushion – you can of course use a cushion but know that if you can’t there are other ways, more accessible ways.
