The Signal Pub

The Signal Pub, located in the heart of Forest Hill. It is the first Hippo Inns site and has been created to be a place you want to chill out, relax, have a drink and eat delicious yet simple, locally sourced food.

We cater for all with a large emphasis on being a friendly environment for our neighbours and locals the pub aims to feel as if they are an extension of your own home, warm cosy and inviting.

Every evening we host acoustic live entertainment from 6:30-8:30pm, where you can listen to covers from all sorts of old favourites.

Our food offer harks back to the simplicity of open fire cooking from when ale houses were first born. The spit & grill concept is visual to the customer and the menu showcases the best British fresh ingredients, served respectfully with minimal fuss.

Our main drinks offer is focused around craft beer and rotating local ales with a 20 strong wine list. There is also a feature cocktail bar with the best Gin, Vodka and Rum collection in pubs in South London. The cocktails are quick & delicious created by our very own mixologist
