Located on Marine Parade, right next door to the Dracula Experience, situated within a 5 minute walk from the bus and train stations, with exceptional views of the River Esk right on our doorstep. Why not enjoy a crisp pint in our seating area which faces the lifeboat house and rowing clubs, with views down to the ancient swing bridge and all the way up to the magnificent piers and extensions. A real view to behold.

We have recently refurbished and redecorated the whole pub, with local artist S.S.Scott adding extra attention to the 3 painted murals throughout the pub. A stunning scene of the abbey, with 2 local fishing boats featuring, Our Lass III.

We also have a FREE JUKEBOX and FREE WIFI. One of the very few pubs in town to have one. A range of bangers stretching from the 50's all the way through to current chart hits, with all the genres in between.

Thursday Nights - Folk Night from 9pm. Guitars, banjos, harmonicas, sing-a-longs, all abilities and types of players welcome.

Sunday Nights - Poker Night. Starts 8pm. Full poker set, chips and table. Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd (depending on amount of players). All welcome!
