The Running Pump Inn at Catforth

The Running Pump Inn has been serving beer since the 1600s, becoming a formal hostelry in the 1800s. The pub offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with antique furnishings, original wood & tiled floors, wood burners to cosy up to in the winter months and a beer garden offering heart lifting views across the Lancashire hills. We are also dog friendly.

The Pump offers a great selection of fine ales and wines & a menu of contemporary seasonal dishes as well as the traditional pub classics. Our creative chefs seek to delight both the eye and the palate and are continually trying new flavor combinations to provide our customers with an all round, great food experience.
Both the classic & contemporary seasonal menus offer vegetarian dishes & provided we know in advance we can cater for gluten free & other allergy related requirements.
