Welcome to The Reflexology Lounge. My name is Lisa and I am a fully qualified clinical reflexologist and a member of Professional Reflexology.
I am trained to apply precise pressure to the soles of the feet and/or hands to reflex areas which correspond anatomically to the organs and glands of the human body. Reflexology can aid many health complaints by stimulating the body's healing system through the reflexes, improving circulation of blood and lymph, balancing hormones and innervating nerves/organs. The body relaxes and healing is able to take place.
