We are an award winning, dedicated Pilates and Yoga studio in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. Our team of highly skilled and experienced instructors will help you get the most out of this fantastic form of exercise in our small classes (maximum 8 people) and private training sessions.

Our studio is well-equipped with classical and contemporary apparatus from reformers, barrels, magic circles, toe correctors, foot correctors as well at matwork; everything you need to help you gain strength, and flexibility while having fun in our relaxed and friendly studio spaces.
