New York style apparatus and mat studio run by Ellie Carr and growing collective. We are movers and educators. We teach on classical apparatus by Pilates Scandinavia and with teachers trained in both traditional and contemporary Pilates have classes to suit every taste and skill level. We offer reformer, tower and mat classes; specialist training for athletes, private coaching and workshops for all. We are a teaching studio, developing our own apprenticeship programme to train the next generation of teachers in the full Pilates method on all apparatus.
