The Park Café - Duthie & Hazlehead

The Hazlehead and Duthie Park Cafés were once vibrant and fun places where generations of visitors to the parks would stop for a refreshment and enjoy the views and atmosphere from their prime locations. However, sadly these facilities became run down over the years and eventually closed their doors in 2011. Well, under new management and undergoing extensive refurbishment projects, both the Hazlehead and Duthie Park Cafés have been relaunched with that same warm welcome and vibrant atmosphere everyone remembers so fondly.

The Park Café's are the fantastic new café venues at Duthie and Hazlehead Parks, offering every visitor a warm welcome, whatever the weather or occasion.

The Launch of The Kiosk Hazlehead in Autumn 2012 has been a huge success, serving Stewart Tower of Perthshire DAIRY Ice Cream, with a choice of all with toppings, Italian Coffee, , Paninis, Hot Dogs, Hot & Cold Refreshments and Snacks to go. With our decked seating area overlooking picturesque views of the park, our customers have enjoyed the relaxed, family orientated atmosphere while warming up with a cuppa or cooling down with a luxury ice cream 'AL FRESCO style'!

The launch of The Kiosk Duthie has also been a huge success. Coinciding with the official re-opening of the Duthie Park on 30th June 2013, after the restoration project, saw the crowds flock to The Kiosk for refreshments and snacks. Similar to Hazlehead, The Kiosk Duthie has an outstanding decked area as well as inside conservatory seating, and offers the same great range of refreshments, snacks and ice cream as The Kiosk Hazlehead. With the park having undergone an outstanding restoration project, we hope to complement the attraction of visitors to the Duthie Park and Winter Gardens.

Our most recent opening has been The Park Café Hazlehead, where we were proud to host the Piper Alpha 25 Year Memorial Reception.

The Park Café Hazlehead has a number of facilities including a Coffee Shop, outdoor seating, a stunning Function Suite for any occasion, and an upstairs Private Dining Room with a balcony overlooking the park.

Our final project, The Park Café Duthie, is still underway and we hope to open in Spring 2014.

Until then, however, come visit us at the Kiosk Duthie, The Kiosk Hazlehead and The Park Café Hazlehead.

With our Hamptons style decor and laid back atmosphere, we can be sure to offer an enjoyable experience to all of our customers.
