The Old Mill

Situated in the heart of Portishead, we are Number 1 on the High street and opened in April 2017.



The Old Mill is brought to you by our amazing team led by Gavin Wright and Head Chef Mark Martin. The aim is to offer a flexible, relaxed and accessible pub where everybody is welcome. We are open seven days a week, from early morning through to late evening, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with simple food offerings and refreshments to fill the gaps in between.



The Old Mill works on a first come first served basis with unreserved dining tables and bar stool seating. Of course, If you want to book in advance you are more than welcome to and this is advised on Friday and Saturday evenings, especially for our famous Sunday Lunch.

You will love our three outdoor drinking and dining areas, the Moet Terrace is a great place for your special occasion!
