The Nutrition Kitchen

The Nutrition Kitchen is a fresh new concept to Guernsey eating, supplying daily made raw food, nutritious protein salads, curry and soup pots, juices and a few natural treats for good measure.

At the moment we don't count calories, but focus more on providing you freshly made lunches, using unprocessed and natural ingredients to support a healthy lifestyle.

The company comprises of Liam Smyth Personal Training and Cooked, by James Ferguson. The 2 of us are passionate about changing the way people eat in Guernsey, moving away from convenient processed foods, and instead, offering you freshly made dishes that are not only rich in nutrients, but also taste.

How it works:

We post a daily menu at around 9.30 letting you know what delightful treats are on offer that day, then we head out to our delivery spots for 11.30, where you track us down and invest in freshly made healthy lunch box.

Our current route consists of stops along Don Street, but we are expanding our route each week.

We can also do pre-order for offices, so drop us an email should you office wish to give us a try!
