Registered in 2015, MR KENNEDY LIMITED launched her first business- THE NEXUS (Leisure & Hospitality) in Preston Lancashire, United Kingdom.

THE NEXUS (Leisure & Hospitality) is a member of MR KENNEDY LIMITED and is owned in its entirety by MR KENNEDY KWUELUM who is the Director and Business Developer at MR KENNEDY LIMITED.


THE NEXUS just like our parent company MR KENNEDY LIMITED, runs an Open Platform Business Module (OPBM) where contractors are welcomed to get involved in every aspect of our business. We ensure that all our contractors are compliant to all industry standards and best practices both in certifications and licencing. All our contractors are duly signed up with us and inducted to the stakeholders’

board.
We are looking at installing our first set of Patrons and Patronesses and to officially welcome our first batch of registered members. Membership is something we encourage but if anyone wishes to attend without being a registered member, such individuals would have to make their bookings on our website and print off their payment receipts which grants them access to THE NEXUS.
At the moment, we are running our 3months taster/trial period in Preston at 210 St Georges Road, PR1 1PS and have a maximum capacity for 20 customers at a time.

At THE NEXUS, we believe in pushing the boundaries, playing by the rules & breaking the norms. Team work is our back bone and we promote fair play in all our business methods. We welcome any serious business minded individual as a partner/contractor and they after their induction into THE NEXUS DYNASTY, they become part of our army to drive different aspects of our business. These contractors are given the best form of training and support as


they are our generals. They work at freelance however and give as much commitment as they possibly could. We are only strict about our standard and procedure as we do not bend the rules for anybody, staff or customers alike. We operate with the policy of equality and fair play. All our contracts are on first come first serve basis. We encourage and reward hard work and we support our partners/contractors and staff the best we can afford. We keep an open door policy on our contracts and partnerships.
At THE NEXUS, customers are kings and we keep every word of our promise. We treat every customer as an individual and respect the opinions of all clients. We are colour blind and we uphold the policies of gender, racial & religious equality. We encourage and reward loyalty of our customers.

We develop all our business modules, open it up to industrial and public criticisms. We patent our modules as intellectual property and welcome our contractors to drive them.


5. THE NEXUS IN THE NEXT FIVE YEARS

Target: In five (5) years’ time, THE NEXUS will be in five cities in the UK.

6. STRATEGY

The taster/trial period for THE NEXUS in Preston will elapse on the 31st of January, 2016 and afterwards THE NEXUS will launch a flagship – THE NEXUS DOME.
The taster/trial period is simply to see what reception THE NEXUS will receive in the Preston area, which will determine whether or not THE NEXUS DOME will be in Preston. During this period, we will work with our business consultants to analyse the business atmosphere and the viability of THE NEXUS DOME here in Preston and in other cities to determine where the flagship will be. We will therefore set up satellite tasters in other cities of interest.
After the launch of THE NEXUS DOME in February 2016, satellite NEXUS will spring up in different cities in the UK to ensure that by 5 years’ time THE NEXUS will be in five cities in the UK.

7.1 CATERING SOLUTIONS FOR ALL OCCASSIONS

THE NEXUS offers restaurant and bar services at all times to all her customers.


THE NEXUS offers catering services to private and business customers alike, be it for breakfast meetings, working lunches, training, events and seminar or private celebrations such as weddings, christenings, birthdays, etc. Our catering services can accommodate nearly all culinary needs including hot and cold finger buffets through to home-made Hot Pots and pies. We promote healthy and conscientious eating with our variety of menu options which includes, low calorie diets, slimming world options and halal meal options.
We also offer culinary training to individuals and businesses alike. Our certified chef instructors brings their knowledge of exotic and outlandish dishes from all over the world and there could not be a better way to transfer all these but in our NEXUSV-ADAPTED KITCHEN. We issue our chef apprentices with a NEXUS ADAPTED MASTER CHEF CERTIFICATE and the industry approved Food Safety & Hygiene Certificates as well.

We provide mouth-watering and gorgeous-tasting cuisines at all times at THE NEXUS. We offer such a uniqueness in our restaurant through our web booking service on www.thenexusltd.co.uk where you could select all your meal options from our wide range of menu. Our web service and mobile app allows you to choose what day you are coming to THE NEXUS and what time you want your meal served. We also take orders for meals that are not in our menu but can be sourced within the UK and with our advance booking service, you can be sure that we will serve you the best.

7.1.2 THE NEXUS BAR

At THE NEXUS we believe that drinks are the vehicles for good dining. We offer a wide range of exotic wines and spirits sourced from the home of the original blender and distillers. With our expert’s suggested varieties of beer, wines and spirits, you can be sure that every dining experience at THE NEXUS will be a lasting memory. We promote drink awareness as much as we offer you an awe-amazing enjoyment, we encourage all our customers to do so responsibly. We corporate with the law enforcement agencies to ensure that only people of legal age are served at our bar and we reserve the right to discretely discontinue serving drinks to customers if we think they have had enough as our customers’ wellbeing and safety is a top priority.

There are so many places to go for a drink, get the groove on, hangout, party and have some fun but there is no such place as THE CLUB NEXUS.

THE CLUB NEXUS offers a brand new world of leisure and hospitality and with top of the class customer service, we guarantee that you will always enjoy every moment with us. When we are not hosting a movie premiere, we are screening a live cinema. When we are not having an artiste performing live, we are playing you the illest sound from our DJ’s & VJ’s. When we are not having karaoke, we are having open mics. Our customers would never miss any of their favourite sports on Live TV’s as we offer viewing of Premiership Football, Formula 1 Grand Prix, Tennis, Rugby and Cricket. We promote team support and good spirit of sportsmanship which sees rival fans bonding and forging long lasting relationships.

7.2.1 THE CLUB NEXUS MEMBERSHIP

It is very obvious from our offerings that we are unique in every way. We therefore encourage our customers to sign up as registered members of THE CLUB NEXUS. However, pending on when they sign up, they can always book and pay online on our website www.thenexusltd.co.uk and print their receipts which gives them access to the club as we do not permit people to just drop in.
Note: Our customers are only allowed to smoke cigarettes and within the smoking areas only. We do not permit the use of illicit/controlled substances anywhere around THE CLUB NEXUS. Everything our customers eat or drink is what we provide. We cooperate with the appropriate law enforcement agency to ensure this is achieved.

7.3 ESTATES & ACCOMMODATION

THE NEXUS offers estate and accommodation services to investors (local and foreign), corporate organisations & businesses, private individuals and students. We are registered with the appropriate bodies and institutions and deliver top of the class service to all our clients.

7.4 THE NEXUS EVENTS

At THE NEXUS we are all about showbiz, entertainment, leisure & hospitality. We undertake nearly all forms of events. We plan, facilitate, manage and host events from birthdays, weddings, christenings, anniversaries, film/movie premiering, music shows, fashion shows, TV shows and Radio shows.
