To start my background is 13 years on site experience as an ex plant op/groundworker. With the Knowledge I have on site and dealing with agency staff as contractor point of view I have an upper hand in putting the right lads to the job. I know by sending the wrong lads it costs time and money and in some cases costing more to put the jobs right. Making sure the lads have the correct tickets for the job as well as having relevant experience is key to each individual site. I run an open and honest policy were if I am struggling to fill a position I will always advise my clients with notice. This does not happen very often but as you know it’s a very busy time out there. Previously and currently supplying labour to projects such as Phase 1 of Hinckley point, The new Queens ferry crossing (New forth bridge), Media City Salford, Seaforth docks and London gateway docks I have good reliable database of workers all over the UK and Scotland.

The Liverpool recruitment company specialises in the Engineering, Nuclear, Rail and construction sector and are a well-established company. With this all our candidates have a minimum of CSCS card to be able to work on site for us and have been checked through CITB that these have been correctly obtained as well as checking with previous employers that they are capable of the position and then interviewed by phone or person. As well as this all our workers have been checked and are liable to be working in the UK. By doing all of this we aim to find the best candidate for the job in question.

LRC are qualified via auditable RISQS and recently passed with the maximum five star rating. We have experience is supplying a wide range of civils, trades and safety critical staff to many major companies throughout the UK.

All trades and labour attending site will carry the relevant qualifications.
All trades and labour attending site will have full command of the English language, ensuring they are able to take site instruction and communicate to a satisfactory standard.
All trades and labour will attend site with full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
All trades and labour are subject to two references from previous employment before being considered for work.
All trades and labour are on constant appraisal from existing clients ensuring our quality procedures are met.
I will personally be responsible for the running of your account and will be on hand at all times for any questions you may have.
All labour is locally sourced ensuring travelling times are kept to a minimum.
Payment terms of 30 days monthly (subject to status).

I am available 24/7 on my mobile and am also available for any site or office visits to discuss anything further.
