The Little Estate Company was established in 2014 and is an independently owned business specialising in mainly residential Property Management, Lettings and Sales.

The Little Estate Company’s two directors Nilesh Panchal and Kevin White have a combined 40+ year's experience in the property sector, dealing with sales, lettings, property management, investment and development mainly in the NW1 and its surrounding areas of London.

With an expanding Portfolio, The Little Estate Company is currently managing over 750 tenants. We ensure all our tenants, properties and landlords are working with a Company who they can trust and liaise with, in a professional and friendly manner.
