We are passionate about bringing West Indian food to a wider audience. We are also passionate about our environment and health. We specialise in authentic Trinidadian Roti filled with delicious fillings.

So in accordance with our beliefs we use only the finest ingredients, using free range meats and 100% organic products. Our meat and many of our vegetables are sourced from local suppliers who we know personally.

Organic flour which is grown and milled at Fosters Windmill is used in our authentic Trinidadian Roti. salads and vegetables are always seasonal as they are grown locally. You can be confident that the food miles in our menu items are as low as possible.

We will cater for your event large or small and fully discuss the menu with you beforehand. Free taster sessions as standard.
