The Leys Residential Home, Northampton

The Leys Residential Home is a residential care home in Northampton which has been established since 1985. The Leys Residential Home was acquired by Midlands Care in October 2010. Throughout the period, The Leys Residential Home has maintained a high quality of care which we can be very proud of. The Leys Residential Home is a large converted and extended dormer bungalow providing care for eighteen elderly residents.

Location

The Leys Residential Home is situated on the outskirts of Northampton, close to local amenities and can be reached by both public and private transport. Booth Rise is a part of the A43 out of Northampton which is namely called Kettering Road. The home is situated on the left; just before the Round Spinney roundabout going out of Northampton. The home has plenty of parking available at the front of the house.

Accommodation

The Leys Residential Home accommodated eighteen elderly residents living in single or shared accommodation. Being a bungalow, most of the bedrooms are on the ground floor with two single bedrooms on the first floor. There is a stair-lift and set of stairs to access the two bedrooms on the first floor. Nine of the bedrooms at The Leys Residential Home have en-suite facilities. There is a large lounge, and a bright dining room and conservatory on the ground floor. There is a large, pleasant, well-maintained garden with a small patio area that has tables and chairs. Both, the patio area and the large garden are accessible to the residents.
