Welcome to The Jefford Centre for Health and Wellbeing. We provide the very best Physiotherapy service that aims to optimise the conditions required for healing to occur within the body. We treat acute sports and accidental injuries, through to more chronic conditions. Specialist treatment includes mobilisation and manipulation, acupuncture and post-operative rehabilitation. We have a highly experienced and sought after in-house Sports Therapist who offers massage and post-injury rehabilitation and personal training programmes.

We also have a team of very experienced therapists who offer a wide variety of complimentary health therapies and a fully comprehensive counselling and life coaching service. Referrals are accepted from GPs, consultants, occupational health schemes, solicitors and medico-legal companies, or patients can simply refer themselves.

Collectively we share the view that no matter what therapy a person may need, the whole person needs to be considered. Whether the problem is physical or emotional we can offer a therapy programme to assist your return to health naturally.
