The Hummingbird

The Hummingbird is located at Brighton City Airport with truly stunning surroundings in the main terminal building. We have a varied menu and do brilliant breakfasts with free range eggs and local butchers sausages. We serve lunches which go from freshly made sandwiches to our famous stilton and bacon burgers. We believe the Hummingbird is unique as we offer many different services in our restaurant, open daily from 7am to 6pm in our restaurant; we also have our Pashley and Miles Suites which can be used for private parties, conferences, funerals, wedding breakfasts and training days. We hire out our restaurant in the evenings for private parties and we also run some events such as the Big Band night which is the second Tuesday of every month. The Hummingbird is owned and run by Truffles Bakery which is a local family run business which we believe contributes to its freshness and family friendly feel.
