The Hilton House

Hilton's Hotel/ The Hilton House is a self catering Holiday Home, full of character, and charm, spacious,with big rooms, bay windows, and the location is perfect for the MUMBLES, GOWER PENINSULA, SWANSEA UNIVERSITY, and SWANSEA CITY CENTRE. Ideal for a family holiday or for groups, the house can comfortably accommodate 7 persons. There are 3 twin bedrooms, and 1 single bedroom. There are 2 bathrooms(1 shower/wet room on the ground floor, and a bathroom with overhead shower on the 1st floor. There is a separate toilet on the 1st floor also.

Each room it tastefully decorated, and the house retains it's original features, right down to the original doors and brass handles.

The kitchen has all the mod cons including, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, built in gas cooker and hob, and the house has a new Combi Gas boiler, with constant hot water.
There is a large diner/living room, where guests can relax, and watch tv, and listen to music.

There is off-road parking for a number of vehicles, so large parties are catered for. The house sits in its own grounds, with large gates, to secure entry.
