The Hazel Blakeman Animal clinic

The clinic was opened in 2003, as a result of years of fundraising by volunteers, to provide a neutering service for cats and dogs but, now provides much more. The clinic is run by a board of trustees and staffed by an experienced veterinary team . The charity has two shops, one on Ford green road Smallthorne and one on blurton road blurton which provide much needed funds for general running costs and new equipment. The clinic carries out around 1000 procedures a year including neutering and spaying, physiotherapy, dental treatment, tumor removal and general consults. Our next big project is to raise funds for an x ray machine and a treadmeill for our physiotherapy patients.
