And if you’re a runner, a body pumper or a hop, skip and jumper we’ve got all your favourite cardio machines including MyRide virtual cycle coaching and a functional class area with free classes for all members.

Need a push? Our personal trainers are the best in the business and can cater for every need, ability and goal. What's more, we offer three free one to one sessions with an expert trainer as an induction to The Gym to get you started.

Signing up online is quick and easy. You can go from sitting still to running on the treadmill in minutes. No paperwork, no contract and no obligation.

Handily located in the middle of town, you’ll find us right opposite Newport Train Station and various bus stops and there’s even free parking on-site.

Better still, we’re just a short powerwalk from town centre restaurants, cafes and shops so you can grab you’re post-workout meal or a new pair of daps.
