The Gym Hub

The Gym Hub is a low-cost gym located in Wickford, Essex, offering high end facilities & service, at a low cost.Our opening hours are 6am - 9pm Monday-Friday, 8am - 4pm on weekends.

Impulse Leisure is a non-profit distributing organisation (NPDO); a charitable company providing leisure and recreation facilities to the local community.

The Gym Hub is 10,000 sq.ft of space consisting of gym, changing facilities and a social hub area. The equipment mix includes Technogym cardio vascular, fixed resistance, free weights equipment & a functional zone. Once you step into The Gym Hub you are part of something special.

The Gym Hub isn’t our first try at the fitness industry, we’ve had 20 years of experience as Impulse Leisure.
