The Furnace

We are a functional fitness training facility that runs various exercise classes which are accessible to people of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels.

Our workouts and programs are all based around the concept of “constantly varied, functional movements, performed at a high intensity”. So that you will never get bored and be consistently improving.

We’re different from your big, corporate gyms; you won’t find mirrors, or even fancy equipment. What you will find is coaches that care and a sense of community.

Our class sizes and memberships are all limited, so you'll never feel like 'just another member', you'll always feel like part of the team.
