The Fitness Suite

The Fitness Suite was founded May 2014 and started as a personal training studio running the odd class in a short time we have since expanded offering intimate classes with restricted numbers provided a more beneficial and personal experience.

We offer a great range of classes ranging from cardiovascular classes, 30 minute blasts and stretching, relaxation and toning. There is no joining fee or monthly memberships we solely run our classes on a pay as you go rate, with the option to buy 6 class passes enabling people to save more.

We believe that everyone should be the person they want to be and the person they deserve to be.
