We've created a unique, non-intimidating environment where men and women of all ages take part in a varied mix of classes and highly focused personal training. We're a small, family-run business so we know you individually and treat you like a friend. One of our clients coined the phrase 'fitness family' and that's truly what it feels like.

We only do classes, so we do them very well. These include Pilates, Spinning (indoor group cycling), Core Toning, All-Body Conditioning and Bodysculpt. You can choose classes to be as easy or as challenging as you want. We train people from complete novices to elite athletes, from the age of 15 to well into their 80s. Whether you're a competitive cyclist looking for that extra fitness boost or someone who is recovering from a heart attack or other serious illness, we're here for you.
