After 20 years of yo-yo dieting and piling on the pounds I have now learnt the secrets of a healthy diet mixed in with a few treats and regular dose of exercise.

I am now trained as a Premier level 2 gym instructor, as a nutrition & weight management advisor, in posture analysis and corrective exercise, in circuit training and advanced resistance training.
