The Elmfield, big house hire, North Devon

The Elmfield is a big self catering villa on the edge of Ilfracombe North Devon. The house comes with a year round heated indoor swimming pool, a large terraced garden with summer house (licensed for weddings). Within the house are 9 ensuite bedrooms all individually styled and sleeping a maximum of 24. There is a large semi commercial kitchen perfect for sociable cooking, a huge dining room where 24 can sit all together or push the tables back for a great party. Next to the dining room is a cosy cocktail bar set up with fridges, glasses and cocktail books for inspiration - you just need to bring your drinks. The lounge has a big screen and plenty of sofa space with an adjoining play room full of games and toys. There is plenty of parking - with 10 marked bays in our off street car park. Just off the coastal path the house is surrounding by stunning coastal scenery and a short 10 minute walk into Ilfracombe harbour are excellent restaurants and pubs.
