All our top quality meats come from Pepperell’s meats of Harleston and all produce is traceable, our fish come from local suppliers and some of our produce is home grown. All dishes are prepared and cooked on the premises, which includes the homemade breads. Our wines come from smaller growers who make unique and interesting wines to compliment the food. Robert the owner chef has worked with Michel Roux Jnr at Le Gavroche and John Burton Race at the Landmark Hotel.
Robert offers bespoke cookery lessons for individuals and groups, from the novice to the expert cook. He has trained professional chefs to world class Gold medal standard, and is also an International judge. So whatever your level he has the lesson for you.
