About The Cupcake Kitchen

The Cupcake Kitchen was created by Alice, in her kitchen at home in Plymouth. With a love for baking and a constant craving for something sweet, Alice wanted to put her talents to good use. And having just had her 1st child in 2013, Alice could not think of a better way than to teach children a new skill whilst enjoying hours of fun!

Alice has had a real passion for baking and decorating cupcakes from a very young age, originally taught by her grandmother, Alice has now been baking for 20 years. She prides herself on using the finest ingredients including free range eggs and fair trade cocoa to create a beautiful collection of cupcakes for people to enjoy (although Alice enjoys 1 or 2 in the process!)Alice takes care and pride in every cupcake she makes and every party she organises, all of which are guaranteed to brighten your day!

Having worked as a nurse for 6 years, Alice found herself looking to take her career in a new direction following the birth of her daughter Scarlett in 2013. Although Alice still works as a nurse in and around Plymouth, Alice has dedicated a lot of time into creating a beautiful and bespoke business that will suit all of your party needs.
