The Cedars was originally a 15th Century farmhouse which was converted into a hotel and restaurant in the 1960s. It has been owned by Clive Barley and Tony & Jill Carter since 1985 and while retaining many of its original features has been renovated to offer 26 en-suite bedrooms at an AA 3 Star standard.
The Cedars has a cosy lounge bar and restaurant which are open to the public and serve home-cooked food 7 days a week. Booking is recommended.
In addition to this there is a purpose-built conference and banqueting suite - ideal for parties and weddings - and a large car park, which makes The Cedars a great venue for meetings and conferences.
