The Bulmershe School Alumni Community

Over the past half century, somewhere near to 10,000 students have attended Bulmershe School at one time or another. They are the Alumni of the school. As our motto says, Bulmershe, is the school, “where everyone matters”. With the 50th Anniversary approaching in 2014, plans are being made to celebrate the occasion, and to create a Bulmershe School Alumni Community. Many former students have told us that they would like to come back and have a look round the school of today, and also to meet up with their former classmates. We are planning to organise a series of Year group specific reunions during the 50th Anniversary year, and hope to see as many as possible of the schools former students attend. We are also asking the Alumni students of the school, what they might be able to offer for the benefit of current and future students of the school.

It is hoped that the reconnection of Bulmershe Alumni with the school, can be developed to benefit current and future Bulmershe students, as well as being a welcome facility for its former students, to revisit an important time and place in their lives. Further, it will provide an opportunity to celebrate the success of the School, and its Alumni students, over the years.
