The Broad Group Ltd

Since its birth in 1989 the Broad Group has been committed to supporting young learning disabled adults and helping to live fulfilled and rewarding lives.

The Broad Group's first project, 85 Bath Road, has now been running for over 25 years and is still going strong with such a caring staff team supporting the service users. Since then the Broad Group has opened many more projects the second being the Outlook Project based in Redditch which compliments the care home of 85 Bath road as a supported living unit enabling service users to become more independent.

As well as providing residential services the Broad Group also provides day-services which allow our service users to skills as well as employment because our service users have a share in the profits of the day-care services. These services include an ironing shop which service users help run, an arts and crafts session producing small hand made products to sell as well as a handy-man service.

Our mission "something rather special... an ordinary life" is extremely important to us as we believe all individuals have the right to live fulfilled and happy lives and that is what the Broad Group supports these individuals to do.
