Here at The Bamboo Loft we believe everyone comes to our mats from different places to do one thing - enjoy the incredible journey of yoga, to find harmony between body and mind and return to our natural state of happiness.
Some day’s its easy, and others you may find it more of a challenge, but at Bamboo Loft we’re not here to judge, we’re a community of yogis here to provide compassion and support, so you can practise yoga like no one is watching!

Marella Fyffe runs yoga at The Bamboo Loft, Marella has spent the last four years studying yoga and qualified in June 2013 as a Hatha Yoga Teacher, with an emphasis on the Anusara style of yoga, which is a variant interpretation of Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga is a path towards creating balance and uniting opposites.
