The Athlete Program

Our online training program is for CrossFitters wanting to progress and excel at high level competition for all abilities. The focus of The Athlete Program is to develop your skills, strength and fitness, with an emphasis on The European Championships and the CrossFit Open.

Not only do we offer a single session or double session options for different abilities, but we also have an affiliate program to use for your classes too, this also comes with monthly business advice from program, event and affiliate owner Carl Saville too.
