The Aston Taphouse Newport

There has been an inn on the site of The Aston since 1866, originally it was a one room bar for miners from the local limestone works. Today, The Aston has been transformed into a modern day country inn and restaurant where you can relax and enjoy locally sourced home cooked food and real ales.

During the warmer months the garden, with its own bar, is open for eating and drinking. When it turns chilly grab a blanket from the chest and wrap up warm!
