The Annison building is now open to community groups.

Meeting Rooms can be hired from as little as £7:50 per hour as a one off or a more regular basis. Monday to Thursday 8am-11pm

Tours or Paranormal Events can be booked by contacting the pharmacy direct onwithampharmacy@gmail.com pricing is as follows:
Monday- Thursday Team night max 10 people untill 1am £220 (only £20 discount offered for 2017)

Monday- Thursday Public Nights Maximum 30 people including team £250

Friday Saturday Evenings Max 40 people including team for a standard ghost night £450. Please email withampharmacy@gmail.com for details We offer a loyalty discount for repeat business.

PhotoShoots on location can also be arranged from £20ph, £50 half day (4hrs) £90 full day (8hrs).
Please note we do not allow Nudity of any level or shoots that depict smoking, drinking, offensive behaviour or the taking of drugs due to the nature of our business

All event organisers must have their own appropriate insurance(s) with a minimum 5million Liability and complete their own risk assessments prior to the event taking place. Copies of all insurance(s) must be produced no later than 4 weeks before event. Any Licences or permits are to be obtained by the organiser and forwarded to us no later then 10 working days before the event, (Hull CC can take upto 30 working days to process applications).

Cancellation Policy
(A) Bookings and Payments
(i) The Annison building is available for bookings from , Monday to Sunday. Prices for the hire as per The Annison building's current Prices List. Minimum room hire is for half a day.
(ii) Request for bookings of rooms should be made either by telephone or in writing in the first instance. The Annison building will then confirm to the client, subject to availability, the required booking details by email,
(iii) The outstanding balance must be received within Four Weeks (28) working days prior to the start of the event. If no payment is received then The Annison Building has the right to cancel the booking or refuse entrance.
(iv) Any additional charges will be invoiced immediately after the event. These invoices are due for settlement within Seven (7) days
(v) Interest at 3% above the base rate will be charged on late payments

(B) Cancellation Policy
(i) The Hirer shall remain liable for the Hire fees for The Annison Building of confirmed bookings as follows:
Within TWELVE (12) WEEKS prior to the start date of the Hire Period 60% of the hire fees will be payable
Within EIGHT (8) WEEKS prior to the start date of the Hire Period 100% of the hire fees will be payable.
The Annison building reserves the right to cancel bookings in the case of an emergency. In such a case any deposit or other money paid by the client to The Annison Building for the cancelled booking will be fully refunded. The Annison building is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the client on account of such cancellation.

(C) Liability
(i) The Annison building is not responsible for any loss or damage to any property of the Hirer bought on to the premises, nor for any loss or damage suffered by the
Hirer on account of any breakdown of equipment supplied by The Annison building, the failure of the supply of electricity to the premises, the leakage of water or any other event beyond The Annisons building's reasonable control which may cause the event to be interrupted, cancelled or postponed.
(ii) The Hirer is responsible for all his own equipment brought onto the premises. The Hirer should indemnify The Annison Building fully for any damage caused to the premises or to The Annisons building's fixtures and fittings or other property, by any person or equipment brought on to the premises by the client or its agents.
