Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage is a traditional fully clothed body work that utilises yoga style stretches to lengthen the muscles, open the joints and bring about a better range of mobility. Thumb, palm and elbow pressure is also used to release energy blockages within the body and help facilitate the body's self healing abilities.

Thai Yoga Massage has played an integral part in the wellbeing of the people of Thailand for over 2000 years and is now becoming more recognised in the west as an extremely effective healing art. Whether used for general relaxation and wellbeing, to give relief and rehabilitation to an injury such as frozen shoulder or sciatica, or medical conditions such as arthritis Thai Yoga Massage is more than capable.

Thai Yoga Massage is practiced on a comfy mat on the floor allowing the practitioner to use their body weight to effectively apply stretches and pressure.

I offer home visits in the Norwich, Lowestoft, Beccles and Bungay area. Treatments are also available at Wymondham Wellbeing Centre.
