Terms & Conditions: Non refundable 50% Deposit will be required prior to start date to confirm booking. 25% will be required on arrival to site & 25% on completion of the job. Clients are required to be on site at completion to sign off the work as completed & pay the final installment.
Carpentry work will create dust & Ted Neale will cover surfaces to the best of his ability however the client must be aware dust will occur. If extra cleaning is required at the end of the last day this will incur an additional cost of £100. The design of the job will be quoted as an estimate & if any changes to the original design occur it will be subject to additional costs for labor & materials.
