Based in Bedford, Taylor Land Limited was established by David R Taylor in September 2010 and is an independent agency which means we give personal service and have been selling Land and New Homes collectively for nearly one hundred years throughout the UK.

Taylor Land Limited has an extensive client base with long standing relationships, not only with land owners but most major developers and local builders. We understand what our client’s requirements are, so when a parcel of land is identified we know who’s criteria it will suit. Clients trust our advice, extensive knowledge and insight into planning. We know what will be acceptable to the local planners when offering a with planners and local architects means that we are able to give sound and reliable advice.

Taylor Made New Homes Limited was established in June 2011 and is the sister company of Taylor Land Limited.

Our aim is to offer an exceptional personal service to developers and their sales teams, using extensive experience and knowledge of the New Homes sector to help maximise the potential of either the developments that Taylor Land Limited sell them, or with any of their current developments which may need revitalising.
