We are a family firm - artisan smokehouse and makers of fine quality sausages and dry cured bacons. We specialise in the Old Smokehouse smoked meats and fish, with raw materials from local sources, and producing traditional Cumberland sausage. We supply a wide variety of customers, shops, wholesalers, caterers, restaurants, pubs, and export markets.
We take great pride in what we produce and we have over 40 medals that we have won over the years at the Great Taste Awards.
