At Open Cast we’ve been getting young people ready for work for 12 years now, with Taste we’re taking it one step further - creating a real place of work to train in.

Our mission is to produce and serve the top class food we all want to eat using the best quality ingredients sourced from local suppliers; our fine Arabica Coffee is roasted and blended in Yorkshire too! All this local quality is served in friendly surroundings with that special touch of class.

All the profits from Taste let us use the magic of food and drink to give local young people the opportunity to discover and nurture their inbuilt talents and skills through first class training and support.
