Tardebigge Community Hall

Tardebigge Community Hall is set in the grounds of St. Bartholomew's Church, Tardebigge. Together with the Church and the local school (Tardebigge C.E. First School) it is surrounded by beautiful countryside and wonderful views.

Built in 2003/4 Tardebigge Community Hall is a superbly equipped building with its own spacious car park. It comprises of a large hall, a committee room, a modern kitchen and toilets (including disabled). The hall is light and airy and can hold up to 200 people standing. Seated, for a performance, a maximum of 120 persons are permitted. The hall is suitable for most celebratory parties e.g. wedding receptions, children's parties, anniversary parties, birthday parties as well as dances, large meetings, concerts, refreshments etc. 120 chairs are available and 16 trestle tables. Each table seats 6 - 8 people. There are also 10 smaller, 4 person, tables available.

The Committee Room is much smaller and seats 8 people comfortably around a table. A further 4 - 6 people could be seated around the edges of the room. It is intended for small group meetings but, when the whole complex has been hired for a large function, the Committee Room has variously been used as a cloakroom, a buffet room or a bar. The kitchen is spacious and modern. It includes a double oven cooker suitable for use by those in the catering trade. There is also a fridge and two sinks and a wall mounted water heater provides a constant supply of water for hot drinks. Crockery and cutlery is provided for over 120 place settings.
