How it works...****SHOE ORDERS***

Step 1. First, have a chat to me about what you are hoping for, I will provide a no obligation quote. Next, buy some shoes that are comfortable and you wish to have customise and post them to me.

Providing your own shoes ensures the best fit and greater comfort on your happy day. If you are having difficulty finding the right base pair I am happy to help you find the right pair for you. This way, not only will your customised shoes be beautiful, they will be comfortable as well!

Step 2. Once I receive your shoes we have a deeper conversation about what you are wanting in a design either speak to me via direct message or you can fill out the information you require in a 'Your Story' order form- with clever questions ensure your shoes really represent you. At this stage you will be provided with a bespoke concept design sketch. A copy of this will be included in your final order.

Step 3. After you have agreed to the final design I begin the paint work. My favourite part! I like to keep you updated throughout the process with regular updates/ pictures but if you would prefer to just have a surprise end result, just let me know!

Step 4. Once complete they are sealed to protect the artwork and the posted back to you, beautifully packaged and ready to wear.

Included with your shoes is a care instruction card which will give you information about how to keep your shoes in tip top condition. All designs are sealed in a protective, waterproof flexible coating but the shoes are designed for occasion wear and are not intended for very heavy day to day use.
