Tangled Nightowls

At present I am a very small business!
A petite & pocket sized business actually but you have got to start somewhere though and this is the start!

I sell a wide range of knitted and crocheted items. I do also make items you want on request even if I haven't previously made it.

All orders can take between 1-4 weeks from ordering to delivery. At very busy times this can vary up to 4-6 weeks. Please be patient, everything I make is made to order. I do NOT ship worldwide, UK & IRELAND ONLY.

Postage and Packing is extra and calculated depending on size and weight of item(s). I use a mix of Royal Mail and Courier service depending on item(s) ordered. Please ensure you quote correct address details at the time of ordering otherwise your item may be returned. Unfortunately I am unable to offer overseas shipping on items purchased through the website at this time.

If for any reason your items gets lost, it is then out of my control & with Royal Mail. I will help you track your parcel as much as possible, by giving you the proof of postage information. Please allow 15 days from posting to claiming for a lost item.

I am committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. I do not share your personal information with any third parties

Due to all of my items being handmade & made to order, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges (unless I have made a mistake) but I will however help you out as much as possible, please contact me via Facebook.

Refunds will only be made if the item is damaged or I have genuinely made a mistake with your order. The item will have to be returned to me unused, in the original packaging & then a refund will be issued. I will not refund until the item has been received by me. Please send the item back to me first class signed for, P&P on sending the item back will not be refunded.

Please note that some shrinkage can occur after washing, it is minimal, around 5% and hardly noticeable, but if your item shrinks a lot then please contact me.

All items should be washed on a gentle setting, 30 degrees, do not tumble dry & use a warm iron. If your item has additional embellishments ie lace or crochet lace, please do not use a iron on the embellishment.
