The Tamworth TABATA Club is about training super hard for short periods of time, within your limits and making progressive improvements consistently. It's about working SMARTER rather than LONGER in a time where time management is really important.
All fitness levels are welcome and all that is required is the willingness and open mindedness to explore the concepts of TABATA, and know that intensity is more important than long training sessions within this strategy and that short consistent effort can equal massive change.
