Tailored Training

Tailored Training is a company that is out for you and you alone. You come to me with whatever health and fitness wish you have and I will get a plan for you. I am a personal trainer, exercise referral specialist, sports conditioning coach, spin instructor, circuits instructor and out door fitness instructor.
A programme doesn't need to be in the big bad gym as a lot of people see it, it can be outside in the countryside walking and doing activity or it can be undertaken on a local beach or in a park.
