Friendly classes with people of varying levels of experience. We work on balance, co-ordination and stamina. A standard class will include a warm-up, usually a qigong sequence, some Tai Chi exercises which are then incorporated into the Tai Chi Form. The Tai Chi style is Chen style. Sonning Cmn class 9.30-10.30 Tuesd & Stoke Row 10-11 on Thurs.
You can join at any time – beginners are offered additional support before or after the main class.
Debbie is fully qualified and registered as a Full Instructor with the Tai Chi Union of GB; she is fully insured and has First Aid certification.
